- We strive to: match our guards according to our customer’s requirements, regularly evaluate and offer in service training, ensure our guards are client orientated, that sites are supervised and checked by site supervisors and managers, and that inspections and observations are recorded and available to the customer.
- For our customers we have key performance areas: daily, weekly and monthly meetings held with customers, investigation reports should there be incidents, burglaries, shootings, etc. Site surveys with recommendations on how to resolve any issues, and improve and reviewing systems, products and services in line with market trends.
